Is it normal to have lower back pain in your first trimester...Mainly when you are only 4 weeks? Anyone else have that?

As per my knowledge, nearly 60-70% of womens do feel back pain during their pregnancy. And to deal with it, you should join a yoga classes. Consult, your doctor before taking any decisions.
