The feelings of wanting to be alone, are in a vicious circle with depression. The only way to get out of it comes down to you. How much you want to change the quality of your life. You realize you want friends, and to be take part socially in what goes on around you, you will have to step outside of your comfort zone. it will be tough, and uncomfortable at first. But it will be the first step in opening your world up into a more happy place. Everything is better when shared.
