I had a tubal ligation 5 years ago after the birth of my twins. I'm 40 years old and have decided I want to have another baby with my new husband. We are considering IVF or Tubal reversal? What are the risks of each? And which would be most recommended. I have 3 children (10 yr old boy and 5 yr old twin girls). Which would be the best choice for us?

Both of them have proven to be good, but tubal ligation reversal is proven to be the best than other technique for becoming pregnant. I wish you go for tubal ligation reversal because most of the experiences have proven to be more successful than IVF. On a scale of 0-10 I would rate 9 for tubal ligation reversal and 3 for IVF. A friend of mine had IVF thrice for the results.
