First of all I must say losing 15 pounds within short period may accuses bad side effects to you because it’s not much healthy. dieting is main way of weight loss but skipping your all three main meals will not lead you for a healthy life style and specially when it comes to your breakfast… so I would suggest you to have lots of fiber food such as green vegetables, fruits and etc… and at the same time you can have a good and clear schedule for your daily workouts and I believe these will lead you for your targets.
