Here are some effective ways to lose your weight fast. Before started weight loss, you must watch your calories. Eat low calories foods. Manage your stress level. Don't eat bakery products such as cake, pastry, etc.. Get enough sleep at night. Work outs daily and quit smoking if you can do it.

I don’t really agree with quick weight loss because it may lead you for different side effects. I would recommend you to work on accurate workouts schedule with a healthy diet which can offer more healthy and good results to you.

Water is really very good for health and loss weight. But the important thing is when to drink water means the time of water. The most beneficiary time of water, before sleep, early in the morning, after take bath.

The fastest and natural way to reduce weight is normal exercise two to three hour day which consist of cycling, Morning walk and other normal exercise. Keep away from Oily, Sweet and Junk foods which content huge amount of calories and fat. Drink more water and include some fruit such as Apple, Banana, and Orange in your daily diets.

If you really want to lose weight then you have to make a time table of your daily routine. But with this you have to avoid sweets and fats containing foods. And you have to intake one tea spoon honey in one glass of hot water. With this you have to walk for 45 minutes a day and have to drink a lot of water. And also you should eat boiled vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods. Also don’t go to bed immediately after taking heavy lunch and dinner.

Running is the best way for losing weight because it is one of the easiest ways for losing weight. And due to this it is prefer by people. After losing weight by running continue it because it is also very beneficial for improving body stamina. Keep away from Oily, Sweet and Junk foods which content huge amount of calories and fat.

1. Exercise daily
2. Eat healthy food
3. Avoid junk food as well as drinking alcohol
4. Sleep well

I think that good and natural weight loss is about stopping to eat high calorine foods like meat, baken things and similar and start slowly eating vegetables more and fruit breakfasts then maybe whole vegetable foods (i mean raw, not boiled so you dont loose any usefull food natural parts like vitamins, enzymes etc.). Eat that much so you are not hungry, but eat low calorine things like vegetables. When you feel hungry, e at more of it or add some nuts or simillar. :yes
