Well ok... since you can't really excercise right now.. I think the best thing you can do at this time is eat real healthy... there's a nutritionist that comes out on the radio and she says the best way to be more healthy and loose weight is this:
Don't eat too much bread and if you do wheat
No junk food
Don't eat after 7pm
Drink lots of water
Eat lots of fruit and veggies
If you eat meat, make sure its baked or grilled
Eat in small portions.. Etc etc....
