Hi I'm 24,180cm and 77kg I need to loose 8 kg in two weeks while goon to the gym,I do run 2km and some skipping and weight lifting,some boxing but I need to loose 8kg in two weeks,what should I do and eat? I have a competition soon and I must be at 69kg or I will not fight

If you have over eight then you have to lose your weight. If you have balance weight then you feel fit and healthy. For that you have to do the exercise regularly and take a balance meal for fitness.

Every person want to loss weight as heavy weight is not liked by anyone. Heavy weight is not at all good for the health as well as for the fitness of the body. Various ways to loss weight are there and it id necessary for a person to follow them and loss his or her weight as it will be dangerous.

According to me health is our real wealth. We should keep fit and healthy. There are many tips for stay healthy like make our healthy diet, drink more water, increase our immune system and so on.
