Vitamins and Minerals Explained

Vitamins are an organic substance with a carbon that is needed by the human body.

There are 13 major vitamins that are broken down into fat soluble and water soluble.

Fat soluble get absorbed into fat cells and is easier to overdose on while water soluble gets flushed out of someone’s system easy.

No doubt vitamins plays a very important life in our life we get them on daily basis from natural food and the finest way.
Always prefer natural way to get them,like fruits,vegetables,meat,milk etc.

Vitamin C helps tissue grow and repair itself and Vitamin E helps the body regulate retinol levels, which is important for healthy skin.
