I have been using it for awhile. I have tried every diet on the planet and the only thing that i have done is mess up my metabolism.

Don't bother with supplements that promise to reduce your weight, hit the gym regularly and avoid sugar and fat foods.

There are some weight loss tips which might be help you to lose weight.
• Avoid sweets.
• Avoid fats containing foods.
• Avoid fast foods and oily foods.
• Eat boiled vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods.
• Take one tea spoon honey with one hot water glass.
• Drink lots of water.
• Walk 45 minutes a day.
• Exercise daily.
• Don’t go to bed immediately after taking heavy lunch and dinner.
• Walk for 20 minutes before going to bed.
• Also join dance or gym classes.
