Alright im very young I think to be having problems like this so, about a week or so ago I started getting a lower back spasm follwed by a twinge and a slight tickle im not sure how to explain it. From what I have read online i feel that it may be a less serious for of siatica i have felt minor aches in my leg from time to time. When I sit a certain way or bend it hurts. A week before the pain started i had been doing early morning excercises and the pain came. At first I though it was a pulled muscle but im having my douts please help me.

Sometimes bad posture and the kind of mattress we are using are the factors why we are getting back pain.

A back spasm usually impacts the back muscle tissue rather than the middle to backbone muscle tissue of the chest and are often the result of an injury or swelling of the backbone area or the backbone itself.

If chair is not suitable then also we are suffering from back pain and due to this it increase and increase but we don't have any solution. As in office we have to work 8 hrs and continous sitting on that type of chair is cause such problem. :Shake
