Q) 35 weeks pregnant and signs of labor coming soon?

I am 35 weeks pregnant now and i have been cramp now for a few weeks, last night i lost my "plug" and since i have been tightening but i only notice when i relax as it is not painful. my stool is very soft and i cramp really bad while having a bowel movement. I have had a huge increase of discharge as well. Is labor coming soon? this is my second child but it has been over 4 years since i have went through this and i am not quite sure what to expect.
