I remember I had panic attacks. Very unpleasant thing. And for a long time then to return. In addition, the psyche is severely affected. I remember strong pains. Very awful !!
And they could not help me. Only with time I was able to adapt myself to such stressful situations. And after, how did I feel strength in myself. At me all has turned out. Very pleased that it stopped.
