Addiction is injurious to our health. We should control ourself and try to avoid such things. Smoking, drinking alcohols and drugs really help to ruin the health. They may cause cancer and other diseases so that we should control ourself and we should be wise.

Addiction is bad, but if you happen to have amazing self control and are able to maintain motivation then,
Everything is fun in moderation

It is just very important to maintain the responsibility levels and realize,
"Don't be stupid, stupid!"

I've been in that situation when I stop drinking my friends call me a loser, but I always say to them that living with a healthy body and life is better.

You just in the end realize that the quality of your life should be worth more than what you get from addiction. Its hard to realize and hard to quit, but so worth it!
