Back Surgery and still in a lot of pain!

Unread postby HealthForum » Sat Mar 26, 2011 9:05 pm

I just had a laminectomy and spinal fusion due to back and leg pain from a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease. The pain still exists and is truely awful. I have two young daughters that I must take care of during the day. I have been trying not to lift them. Unfortunately, because of them I cannot make it to pt either. I know I have a curvature or the spine and my hips are misaligned. since I have had the screws put in my back, what can I do about the hip misalignment now? I think that is a huge source of my back pain.
