Every medication have some side effects on the health even a pain killer, so if you naturally wants to ;treat this problem then i will suggest you medication and yoga. Millions of peoples in all over the world are taking the yoga class for the mental relief. there are different type of yoga poses which are very effective just search in Google, you will definitely get the right path.

Medication and yoga is awesome idea. There are no side effect of them and you will be fit forever and no need to take extra medicine for any reason. Yoga will solve your all health related problem and make you fit physically as well as mentally.

There's nothing wrong with Omega 3, but I'd always suggest consulting your doctor and being up-front about what you're currently dealing with.So I suggest you to consult with your family doctor or any good specialist,he know your problem well.

Medicinal Marijuana is amazing for ADHD and ADD. Research upon it, as you don't have to smoke it for the medicinal properties. You could do something as simple as eating a gummy bear made with the oil and you would never know!

There are supplements that you can take and natural ways of reducing your symptoms. Cacao would be great. Something with a natural caffeine could actually benefit you.
Have you considered the use of medicinal marijuana? There are ways you can consume it, without smoking it. Simple as eating 1 gummy bear infused with some oil. Could be all you need to put on the tranquilo button a little bit!
