There are many ways for reduce the high cholesterol like increase the physical activities. You never eat the junk and high calorie food. You eat fat burner food like almond, nut, tomato, lemon etc. Green tea also act as fat burner. Yoga and cardio exercise are help to burn fat.

Reduce advanced level of cholesterol levels with the everyday exercise. Eating plan selection is also play a very important part for keep a health weight. Eat low fat and low nutrient foods in diet. Avoid to take long sleep after eating hefty your meal.

instead of all above tips I would like to recommend that we should have to do something physical each and every day as exercise is the only way to have healthy cholesterol levels. The human body was meant to be moved, and if you want yours to be healthy, you've got to move it. Also there are several natural foods and remedies that might be helpful to reduce your cholesterol level.

For reducing to high cholesterol, you must be avoid some bad foods in your diet. Don't eat white rice and bread because it can increase the cholesterol level. You must be stop junk food and oily food.

Two main things to reduce high cholesterol are proper exercise and a healthy diet. Do not eat oily or high calories foods instantly. Doing proper exercises daily can reduce your weight and it is the more important factor to reduce high cholesterol.

Basically healthy food/diet and an abdominal workout is reduce your cholesterol as well as belly fat too. Generally big problem of fatty people is cholesterol. I think workout helps more to reduce the cholesterol. Take a small meal through day instead of having a big meal. Also play out door game that you loves the most such like baseball, football, rugby football, Tennis. These type of games are burn your calories and you even enjoy it.

one way to reduce cholesterol is to prepare your own meals, in that way you have full control of your fat intake.

i agree. because most would claim fat free or No Trans Fat when in fact it's not. preparing your own meals could guarantee the quality and freshness and you could save as well.
