My right leg is swollen

Yesterday morning when I returned home after a walk, I realized that my right leg has been swollen at the back. I have no pain, no inflammation. But the swelling is not decreasing. I had applied ice over it but there is no result. What it may be, can anyone say? Have anyone of you have experienced the same?

Have you take any medicine regarding blood pressure or sleeping pill?
