High blood pressure is also known as hypertension. There are many natural tips for high blood pressure like Exercise regularly, Reduce sodium from your diet, Eat plenty of fiber, Get 7 to 8 hours sleep and so on.

High blood pressure patients are need extra care for this problem. You should all sodium item in your food. Green tea can help you to reduce this problem. Avoid all junk food and oily food. You must not eat Sault in any condition. Coconut water can helps you to maintain blood pressure.

Blood pressure is more cause of effect. It's solve slowly.
Practice yoga and exercise and Avoid More all junk food and oily food. And Take vegetables and fruits
that should be help full.
