Hi,
don't avoid taking breakfast and lunch that may lead to health disorders.
take proper meal and include fruits,vegetables,green tea in your diet and drink plenty amount of water.
Apart from diet practice regular exercises.

Weight Loss is very necessary for Every one. You have to join gym for get a Perfect Body. Do not Eat outside Foods. Drink a green Tea.

Don't miss breakfast and lunch. specially breakfast. It is very essential for our body. If you want to loose weight try some homemade remedies such as eat more and more veggies, drink lots of water, do exercise regularly, avoid snacks and oily stuff.I am sure if you adopt all these things you can definitely achieve the target. Please do eat your break fast it's the best source of energy and keeps you active whole day. Lot's of weight loss experts have agreed that break fast is your first step toward weight loss. Just try to have a healthy break fast. Dieting is not a solution. :muscle

If you want to lose weight in short time then you should follow these steps. Avoid all heavy calories food and take fiber food in your diet. Take a time to eat food and don't eat more than four times. You must avoid all street foods. Do cardio exercise in every morning.

You can lose 10 punds in a month that means 2.5 pounds in a week. 1lbs = 3500 cal. So that means to be in a good shape you have to burn more cal and intake less. By this you can shed 2.5 pounds in a week. :)

For a quick weight loss, you need to do, diet and regular exercise in morning and in evening too if you have time. Avoid heavy food for few months and just eat salad, juice and other light energetic food only. Regular morning walk is also beneficial for fitness and better health.

If you really want to loose some weight quickly so avoid to take healthy foods and always wakeup early in the morning do yoga or aerobics. So it may be helpful for you to loose some body weight quickly and you have to take diet foods too in breakfast.
