There are some theories about "leaving the body" when falling asleep...or out of body experiences...try looking up some of those ideas. Ive heard that your whole body can shake..but without physically shaking . Its up to you whether or not you believe in it though. They are ancient ideas mainly posted as "new age" even though its not new. Its just resurfacing.

Most of the time this kinds of thing happened that while sleeping you feel like the bed is shaking. It happen when you are in complete sleep. While sleeping you scare but it is only your imagination nothing else.

As you mention that you feels like your bad is shaking but infect it was not shaking, It is just because of you are not taking enough sleep at right time. To avoid this kind sleeping disorder you have to sleep at a time when you have to it and also It is because of stress so try to avoid this kind of stress also.
