1) Echinacea - Herb that Native Americans used. Some studies show it works other show it doesn't, but it doesn't hurt to try. :hug

2) Water - Yep flushes it out of your system. :Rain

3) Mushrooms - Cooked is better that raw. Mushrooms rely on various antimicrobial substances to prevent the mushroom from succumbing to bacteria, viruses, or microorganism. When you eat them u get these substances as well.

4) Onions and Garlic - Both boost the immune system and help fight off inflammation because they have antibacterial compounds.

5) Vitamin C - Yep had to include this one. :yes

What do you think? Any herbs that should of been included? Anything you disagree with?

If you are suffered from mental or physical sickness so, you just try some natural remedies or medicines, which can prevent harmful effects. You must drink herbal tea and more water a day. Take red clover and scutteleria. Take vitamin B6 three times a day.

The top natural medicine for sickness are the ginger, tulsi and green tea this are the best in the sickness natural treatment. it give you better health in sickness.
