Infant Severely Biting Tongue In His Sleep

Unread postby HealthForum » Sun Mar 27, 2011 4:45 pm

Our 11 mo old has been severely biting his tongue only during sleep. We have seen several mds and dentists. None have been able to help. He shows no sign of seizures when he sleeps( i've watched him). We have given motrin to prevent teething pain and he still bites. Please give suggestions or advice

I think it's may be just because of dentition of permanent teeth. If not then may be he has some kind allergies. Give him any herbal toothpaste to brush his teeth. Try this if it helps him then its OK, otherwise consult to any renowned dentist.
