Reactive and Clinical Depression

Hi there,
What's the difference between Reactive Depression and Clinical Depression? Please explain with examples if it’s possible.

Delicate depression symptoms can still consist of chemical changes though, such as less seratonin, presented about by continuous stress.
Clinical depression symptoms is ongoing; a personal are impacted from this from a very younger age and have to take therapy all of their life; it's not actually triggered by anything but just seems to occur.
