hi my name is donna and i am 47 years old. my problem is that alot of times i can feel my heart skip beats. but the worse is when i take in a deep breathe my heart flutters. this does it for a long time. it happens when i walk or even when i am sitting down relaxing. its very frightening. when i check my heart rate its between 60 and 80. does anyone else have this problem. and could this be something bad. i take toprol 25mg twice a day but it doesnt seem to help. thanks Confused

This problem solved when practice meditations with breathe practices.

In your situation, I would recommend you to immediately see a heart specialist who can help you to know that what is wrong with you and how it can be cured.

When I make sure my spirit rate it’s between 60 and 80. Does anybody else have this difficulty? And could this be amazing bad. I take torpor 25mg two times a day but it doesn’t appear to facilitate.

some of the diets I know helpful for heart diseases are:
Olives, Olive Oil, Dates, Green Tea and walnuts.
