think that good and natural weight loss is about stopping to eat high calorine foods like meat, baken things and similar and start slowly eating vegetables more and fruit breakfasts then maybe whole vegetable foods (i mean raw, not boiled so you dont loose any usefull food natural parts like vitamins, enzymes etc.). Eat that much so you are not hungry, but eat low calorine things like vegetables. When you feel hungry, e at more of it or add some nuts or simillar.
