If you are ready to loose the weight for that you have to do the Yogas on regular basis so that you can get the better result.It is very important for the health.

As per my knowledge the health is wealth so if health is good the ever thing is good. and weight loss is the good for health for those who have more then they need so they have to start dieting as like morning walk yoga etc .

Its fact that control weight for living happy. We should maintain our weight and keep fit. For that exercise and diet are very important. Do regular proper exercise and avoid oily foods.

Weight Loss is very necessary for Every one to get Fit and Fine. You have to do Exercise and Follow Strict Diet Food. Go to Gym Every Day.

More weight increase so many problems like heart attack, blood pressure etc. To reduce weight and stay healthy do exercise and Yoga in morning and take healthy but diet food like honey with cinnamon, apple, orange, lemon etc.

Weight Loss is very necessary for every over Weight people. It is very useful activity to fit their self. Do not eat Junk Foods and Do exercises and yoga regularly. Join Gym to get a perfect body.

16lbs in 2 weeks no healthy way definetly. The only way is to drink the Neera Detox diet. But i can help you bout 6lbs. for 2 weeks eat only 2 bowls or low calorie cereal per day and exercise everyday 10-30min. you'll lose 6lbs that way 100% Hope i helped. Good luck :wink

Exercising is one of the best and the natural way to lose your belly fat quickly. Consider joining a gym or hiring a fitness trainer to get an exercise plan for weight loss.
