Prepare your own foods. Go for natural and fresh ingredients. Fast foods and those with preservatives are loaded with fat and contain less nutrients your body needs. Being aware of what you put into your body will help you reduce weight.
Begin an exercise program. Find something active that you enjoy doing, and do it at least 30 minutes per day, five days per week. Take up running, go swimming, take an aerobics class or dance around your living room.
There are some weight loss tips: • You should avoid sweets. • You have to avoid fats containing foods. • You should avoid fast foods and oily foods. • You have to eat boiled vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods. • You have to take one tea spoon honey with one hot water glass. • Also have to drink lots of water. • Also you have to walk 45 minutes a day. • You have to exercise daily.
In your situation, I would recommend you to hire a fitness trainer who can easily help you to lose your body weight and that too in short period of time.
Begin your day with some workout, like walking running and some exercise. Follow a well healthy diet plan and consume low calorie food. Drinks 8-10 glasses of water a day. Avoid eating junk food, fast food and a food containing more fats.
