Set your goals before any plan to lose weight. Losing weight quickly requires lot of extra efforts.
begin the day with self motivation... start doing walking or if running, which is 3 times better than walking, do some exercise as well. Follow a healthy diet by eating green veggies, low calorie food, avoid taking junk and fast food, eat lots of fruits and drinks as much water as your body allowed and some physical activities throughout the day.
