Back problems becomes sometimes incredible and makes problems to focus on the work. To reduce back suffering, improve your seated position, apply ice on the agonizing area and avoid extended status.

My personal experience is weight loss which includes diet and exercises which are instructed from physiotherapist. It will reduce the pain to a minimal level.

Yoga has been most effective way to treat back pain provided that it is performed under guidance of instructor.

back pain is beacause of alot of rest or alot of work for relief take medicin or do regular yoga

you should avoid using heavy weights and also consult physiotherapist

haha being unfit cause many other problems infact every problem is because of unfitness..

i just chanced upon this thread and i agree with you guys, indeed, proper exercise and stretching. whenever your back hurts, it seems a fantastic idea to rest and lie down right? wrong. because most of the time, activity is the best way to ease back pains.
