How to recover from chain smoking?

Give me some tips to recover from chain smoking. i am 25 years old .?

Actually it is simple that you have to quit out smoking, for quit smoking you have to be make one strong decision, and my one suggestion is that when you will go for smoking than you do practice for your favorite thing as well as activities.

For the chain smoker they have to make some of the target that they stop smoking and whenever you think about smoking then you have to think about your family then you dont like smoking. always stay in touch with the social and friends then you can reduce it.

Chewing gum is one of the home remedies mostly used by lots of chain smokers who wants to get rid from this bad habit. :x

so ethan if i start Chewing gum i can quite smoking is it even possible?

Look at pictures of oral cancer on the internet and you will quit ! The first week will be the hardest because of the nicotine addiction then it's all in your brain . Think all the time of the positive healthy life of being a non- smoker ! Good luck and all the best !

i agree with this, most of the time, my brothers will chew a gum or eat a candy if he don't want to smoke, somehow it helps him.
