Odd mix of symptoms, what is this?

Unread postby HealthForum » Sun Mar 27, 2011 4:48 pm

I don't know what's wrong with my daughter, she's 14 and has had a changing temperature for a week or so now. She appears fine during the day but around 8pm she starts to get very nauseous and develops a fever, it changes every 3 minutes, one minute her fever is at 99.8 n 2 minutes later it's 103.9. Her throat gets red n hurts n swells up to the point where she can barely breathe out of her mouth. Her nose is stuffed up. And she starts vomiting so bad and so much. She vomits all night long and is physically drained by the time she's done. But remember that these symptoms only happen during the nighttime, she's fine in the morning except for a stuffy nose, sore throat, and a small temperature. This has been going on for about 9 days. The doctor we took her to when this first started and all that was wrong with her was vomiting said it was just a stomach bug but now we are thinking otherwise. Please help.
