Chain smoking is really very dangerous for a person's health . So , it should not be done at any cost . Because chain smoking has many harmful affects .

Smoking very injuries to health so try to keep your self away from this bad habit and stay healthy. It is fact stop smoking is hard task but not impossible so if you want to stop smoking then you need avoid thinking about this bad habit means just busy your self in other activities. Join your friends society who not get smoke. if you follow that procedure then hope you will avoid that bad habit fast.

I have breath problem.I want also stop my smoking ? I have try many time but after 10-15 days I smoke
