Coldwater with lemon and ginger slices. Green tea is a definite helper. Cabbage with ACV and salt. Coconut oil in the morning. 20 minutes of brisk walking. And a shit load of learning. Whenever our mind is occupied with something food doesn't occur to us. So if you make a timetable where you have to read a blog, some course, some history, whatever it is that you like, you are more likely to be gratified and think less of food. It is free and learning will make us smarter, it has no side effect.
