lose weight the right way because intense exercise regimens and crash dieting could do more harm than good. crash dieting for example can harm your heart. balanced diet and exercise and of course getting enough sleep is still the best way to go.

it is best to take things slow when it comes to dieting and allow your body the time to adjust or else you are subjecting yourself to the long term damages it could cause such as cardiac damage and any other types of heart disease.
