I’m also a selective eater. Basically it’s not so much the fruits and veggies that bother me. It’s mostly texture, smell, or looks of the food.

An eating disorder is definitely an illness that triggers serious disturbances for your everyday diet, for example eating extremely small quantities of food or severely overeating. You aren't a diet disorder might have began just eating smaller or larger levels of food, but at some point, the need to eat less or even more spiraled unmanageable.

It is necessary to shape and follow certain ‘food rules’ to encourage the healthier nutritional workouts. For example, you may avoid interruption from unwanted feelings during nutrition. Turn off the TV during foods, and do not allow books or toys and games and games at the home.

My grandmother doesn't eat any fresh produce. She hates fruit as well as vegetables. She says wine is her source of vitamins. She is funny. But she has lived a relatively long life and has had very few physical health problems. One may not say the same for her mental health. So what I have observed tells me that it doesn't have a significant advantage to be so open about all food. I mean, bigger things need our attention. So I wouldn't give myself grief for not wanting certain foods.
