Acne and skin disorders will lead the person into depression .most of us will be suffering with acne but teenagers are mostly effected by acne because of Hormonal imbalance and changes.Acne and skin disorder will damage our skin.Delay in Acne and skin disorder will effects you a lot.Best

Anyway, I came across a study that shows that people from other cultures that eat a good diet almost NEVER have acne...even when they are going through puberty. But as soon as they changed their diets, acne started to flare up like crazy.

Acne is not just for teenagers. Adults can get acne, too. Men’s adult acne is a common problem among many men that can affect their self-confidence.

I think the best way to deal with acne is proper eating habits and precautions taken when leaving home. Like wearing wholesale sunglasses, sun hats, applying sunscreens as sun some way or the other harms our skin which results to acne.
