Dear Doctor,

I have been diagnosed with TB involving lymph node (on left side of neck).
Previously, I had been taking 4 drugs (Rifampicine, Isoniazide, Ethambutol & Pyrazinamide), but after about 3-4 weeks of therapy, I found my lymph nodes enlarging more and extending towards posterior part of neck. My Doctor added Levofloxacin per day to the current therapy. Its total 2 months of therapy till now, I still have enlarged lymph nodes which are solid in nature & pains too. Pain extends to my neck and left arm. My doctor suggested me same therapy for total 3 months & reducing the number of drugs thereafter for next 6 months.

Is this a normal phenomenon?

Kindly suggest
