E Cigarettes

Unread postby jeanrose770 » Mon Sep 15, 2014 11:30 pm

Hello Everyone~

I have been a smoker for years and have recently decided to start using E Cigarettes to quit.
I have had mixed opinions of this, and was wondering if anyone else "vapes"? Any info and opinions are very appreciated!

How much did you smoke before you started using your e-cog? The mgs is the strength as far as the nicotine goes. The higher the number the higher the nicotine percentage. I smoke an 8mg and Im off smoking completely! Its been 3 weeks and counting!

I used an e- cig to quit. I first had e- juice with nicotine and the switched to just flavored and then lost interest in the whole thing I started exercising more and had a lot of support from my non smoking friends.
