I've been feeling some mild cramps in my lower abdomen and around my tail bone for the past half hour. They are coming in every 5 minutes or so then disappears. They're not very painful, just uncomfortable, but they are pretty regular, with tensing stomach, like I'm about to fart, but nothing. It lasts for about 30 seconds or so. Could they be labor contractions if it's not very painful?
