Which food items should be taken to avoid weight loss, nowdays i am avoided carbohydrates food .

You should eat enough caloric foods like eggs and also enough rice and such things if you would like to prevent and avoid weight loss

For a pregnant women its important to eat healthy food which is essential for mother as well as for the baby.

Eating healthy food is essential. During weight loss program, I would recommend you to avoid eating junk food at any cost for better and faster results.
