Has anyone had good luck using inositol (600 mg) or magnesium (300 mg) or ginseng (150 mg/3X a day) for anxiety? How about valerian , St John's wort or Rescue Remedy?

Thanks!

Susan

One of the best ways how to reduce Anxiety is through exercise, make sure you are exercising daily and sending more oxygen to your brain cells. The result of exercise will improve your health as well as your attitude. Also these are some of the natural remedies that are being explored for anxiety but before taking them you should to consult with a doctor.

Hi !

St. John’s Wort has been used as a medicinal herb for its antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties for over 2,000 years.

St. John’s Wort is also used to help people suffering from anxiety and mood swings as well. By helping to regulate the hormonal balance in the body, St. John’s Wort is able to get the metabolism and internal clock back in line, providing help for sleeplessness, irritability, and chronic fatigue.
