This are some tips help to keep yourself fit : :muscle

Tip 1: Find out how many calories you need
Tip 2: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Tip 3: Watch for Portion Size
Tip 4: Do not Skip Meals
Tip 5: Go for wholesome fresh foods
Tip 6: Don't be overly-restrictive
Tip 7: Understand Food Claims and Labels
Tip 8: Watch for the sugary drinks
Tip 9: Keep a food journal
Tip 10: Exercise, period

Hey thanks daisy for giving such wonderful tips. These are very nice tips that anyone can follow. Actually my uncle is searching for some fitness tips. Thank you for recommendation.

Here are some tips for good fitness:

1. Exercise regularly
2. Avoid junk food
3. Eat lots of fruits
4. Stop drinking alcohol
5. Drink lots of water

these are best tips to remain healthy...main health problems are after 30 years of age so exercise today and you will have a healthy life

10 healthy living step to take.

1-hour of exercise
2-liters of water
3-cup of green tea
4-short mental breaks
5-small meals
6-am wake up time
7-minutes of laughter
8- hours of sleep (at least)
9-pm end of the day & off to bed
10-prayers of grattitude
