You can take green tea. It helps in weight loss. Exercise daily, drink plenty of water. Eat healthy food burn the fat.

First of all I must say losing 15 pounds within short period may accuses bad side effects to you because it’s not much healthy. dieting is main way of weight loss but skipping your all three main meals will not lead you for a healthy life style and specially when it comes to your breakfast… so I would suggest you to have lots of fiber food such as green vegetables, fruits and etc… and at the same time you can have a good and clear schedule for your daily workouts and I believe these will lead you for your targets.

For reduce weight loss, You should take some effective step like avoid to drink alcoholic product. You must avoid to eat high calorie food. You should drink the green tea which work as fat burner. You doing exercise every day which can help to maintain weight.

According to my opinion you can lose your weight quickly by taking some effective steps like:
1.Eat more fruits and green vegetables everyday.
2.Drink maximum water after taking your meal.
3.Avoid junk food and fas food.
4.And in all regular exercise is the best way to lose weight quickly.

I think don't skip your breakfast. Some where i read that eat breakfast must for the weight loss. Go for the Water diet. It is very helpful and give the definitely result.

If you want to loose weight quickly and effectively then follow just 2 steps:

1) Control your diet
2) and Secondly do exercise regularly without fail.

By following these two steps i am sure within some time only you will see noticeable results.
