tell me some tips for increasing our weight and more over how to improve our personality.

Increasing weight seems to be the easy part, eat a lot of chips, burgers, soda, etc i.e. fatty and sugar foods.

If you take carohydrates food every day the weight increase automatically.

Taking healthy diet and positive attitude makes you health and helps to increase your weight as well.

Increasing weight is really very easy part. High protein, high calorie foods can increase your weight very faster and it also helps for a good fitness.

Nice to meet all of you. It helps to step out of the boundaries of what you normally do. If you wouldn't normally talk to a person, do it anyway. It helps to just listen to other people too. If you see a particular quality in a person that you want to work for yourself (like generosity, forgiveness, etc.), focus on that trait for the following week and go outside your boundaries to demonstrate it. Pick another thing for the next week. But in order to do this, you must be observant of your suroundings and other people, their needs, etc. Get to a point where it becomes comfortable, and be self-confident.

Building muscle fast takes much more than just eating to build muscle. To add muscle to a skinny physique you need to make sure you are eating enough to gain weight and muscle. I would recommend you to join a gym or consult a fitness trainer for fast and better results.

Eat three meals per day, as well as two snacks. Increase the amount of carbohydrates you eat to gain weight. Consume enough protein in your meals to help you put on weight. Avoid drinking with your meal and Add calories with a nutritious beverage such as milk, 100-percent fruit juices, or vegetable juice

Do not gain weight by mainly gaining fat, it might not be much usefull i think. Its also about muscless and doing regular physical activity along with eating quality raw food.
