Nice to meet all of you. It helps to step out of the boundaries of what you normally do. If you wouldn't normally talk to a person, do it anyway. It helps to just listen to other people too. If you see a particular quality in a person that you want to work for yourself (like generosity, forgiveness, etc.), focus on that trait for the following week and go outside your boundaries to demonstrate it. Pick another thing for the next week. But in order to do this, you must be observant of your suroundings and other people, their needs, etc. Get to a point where it becomes comfortable, and be self-confident.
