Include salads in your diet. Regular exercise, mostly in the early morning is good. Avoid outside, or junk food as long as possible...

Losing a weight within 10 days is impossible. Losing a weight is a long process and takes a lot from you. :dance

Also with that you have to deal with following tips:
• Go for daily exercise.
• Avoid fats containing foods.
• Avoid fast foods.
• Avoid sweets.
• Walk 45 minutes a day.
• Eat green vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods.
• Take one tea spoon honey with one hot water glass.
• Should drink lots of water.
But all these process will take much time. It is very difficult to lose weight naturally within 10 days.
