You can prepare diet chart, consume fat burning foods like tomatoes, oranges, oats, spices, Sweet Potatoes, Apples etc, do regular exercise, drink more water, drink lemon juice in morning, Wait until your stomach rumbles before you reach for food, avoid the junk food,etc. You can take green tea extract 2 capsule per day.
