Exercises are very important for our body, they keep us fit and fine. It is because of exercise that people remain fresh and active whole day, but those who do not do exercising face dizziness all the day.

Exercise helps us to be healthy. It helps us to reduce weight. Exercise helps us to prevent many diseases. It is good to do Exercise in morning time, because in morning time you get fresh air in breath.
