Is Ephedrine a pill?
I had a friend addicted to pills very badly, a variety of different ones. To wean himself off he had to continue to use, but gradually reduce the amount he was consuming.
Eventually, after about a year he was clean of pills. He has taken up the use of medicinal marijuana to subside his urge to use.
Somehow wean yourself off the Ephedrine. Distract yourself somehow.
Smoke a joint. Use an Estick. Anything to not indulge in your bad habit!

good advice I quit drinking but smoking was tough I vape too.
