Can't stay hard during sex

when i masturbate i'm used to masturbating very often 2-3 times a day or every other day i dont seem to have that problem my penis stays very hard until to the point of ejaculation but during sex it just cant stay hard enuf to penetrate and even if i do i feel its all soft. I never had sex very often (maybe 1-2 times a month) mostly beacuse i work long hours during the day and on the weekends i work at night ( i work out on daily bases eat a lot and good) and i sleep at least 8 hours a day and even nap sometimes when i get tired. Is it because i masterbate to porn so hard and often. It feels better for me. But now i'm with a girl and she wants to have sex at least twice a day and i cant even sustain an erection long enuf to penetrate or ejaculate during sex but 2 minutes later after she leaves i can watch porn get very hard and ejaculate without a problem. I even tried viagra for the first time and it didnt help at all. plz help
